Offerings
1:1 Herbal Consultations
1:1 herbal consultations include a comprehensive health and energetic evaluation according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In the initial appointment, we will collaborate to get to the root cause(s) of what’s going on in your health. Consults are about an hour and a half to two hours long, including questioning around areas like sleep, diet, digestion and mental health, as well as TCM evaluative tools like tongue diagnosis. After determining what the foundation of your constitution is and what imbalances are present, you will receive recommendations for an herbal formula or two along with a wellness plan that includes practical tools for wellness - including spirituality, movement, and food therapy. This service is best as an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Custom Formula Creation
This service is a standalone offering as an alternative to herbal consultations. Each custom formula creation consultation includes a one and a half to two hour health and energetic evaluation, and the creation of a custom formula based on a particular imbalance or issue. This offering includes a follow-up to make any adjustments to the formula and to determine the recommended duration of herbal supplementation.

Scope of Practice
In my clinical practice, I have offered support in the areas of: irregular menstruation, menstrual pain, chronic illness, infertility, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, stress, anger, mental health conditions, digestive issues, cancer support (under the guidance of my mentor and in conjunction with medical care), diabetes (in conjunction with medical care), spiritual disturbances, deficiency-related issues, auto-immune conditions, allergies, insomnia, sleep, varicose veins, hormonal imbalances, incontinence, ear infection care (in conjunction with medical interventions), animal care, and more. If you reach out to work 1:1 with me and I feel as though your needs are not within my scope of practice or are beyond my level of experience, I will refer you to a more experienced clinical herbalist. As an herbalist, I am not a practitioner of medicine, but I understand the necessity of integrative care. Herbal medicine can be helpful for many health and wellness concerns, but there are also many reasons why herbal medicine would not be an appropriate approach. If you come to me for care and I determine that your needs are outside of my scope of practice and/or need further intervention than I can provide, I will refer you to a Western or functional doctor, specialist, or emergency treatment.
